There are several different ways that once could approach this
ambitious project, the most obvious being a straight listing of the
elements according to what physical space they relate to, but then you
might lose the connection between the physical plant and the people
served. If we are serious about everything in this project supporting the Ministry of
the Gospel to God's people, then we had better present the project that
