For Leaders
Ivitation
A cover letter for the campaign, inviting folks to participate.  Appropriate for church councils, pastors, auxiliaries, and individuals.    Format: single-sided, 8½" x 11", portrait, color.

Guide for Leaders
A seven page aid for congregation leaders (pastors, council members, campaign advocates).  The guide helps leaders puzzle through various issues and approaches to the conduct of the campaign.
Propaganda
Bulletin Inserts
"To meet the needs..." An introductory bulletin insert which begins with the challenge and opportunity presented by this time of transition at WVU and then leads the reader through the major goals of the renovation and expansion of the Lutheran Campus Chapel.  Format: double-sided half-sheet (5½" x 8½") printed as two per page (8½" x 11", landscape), full-color, but will reproduce in B&W; graphics.
Brochures & Info Sheets

"In slightly greater detail..." Similar to "To meet the needs..." but providing greater detail as well as a comparison of renocvation and expansion goals against current amenities.  Format: double-sided, 8½" x 11", portrait, B&W, graphics.

"Financial Gifts Guide" A guide describing the various forms and mechanisms of giving.  Format: single-sided, 8½" x 11", portrait, B&W.

Newsletters & Reports

Annual Letter 2007
We send out an annual letter to alumni/ae and friends of the campus ministry.  Format: double-sided, 8½" x 11", portrait, B&W, graphics.

Report to the Synod Assemblies '07
Every year, the LCM@WVU reports to the three synods that support it.  Format: 8½" x 11", portrait, B&W.

LDRCC: "What a Relief"
LDRCC: "Back for More"
The Lutheran Disaster Response Collegiate Corps has produced two newsletters so far.  "What a Relief" (May 2006) was entirely produced by students!  These two newsletters tell an exciting story of collegians responding to natural disasters.  Format: double sided, 11" x 17", though it can be produced as a 4-page document on standard 8½" x 11"; full-color; graphics.

Forms
"Gift Form" A simple form for one-time gifts.  Includes check boxes for designated giving, Thrivent identification, and self-identification of alternative gifts.  On the reverse side is a simplified and abridged version of the "Financial Gifts Guide."  Format: double-sided, 3²/³" x 8½", landscape, printed 3 per page (8½" x 11", portrait), B&W.

"Seeking our Lost Alumni/ae" A short form bulletin insert size to allow alumni/ae to report themselves to the LCM@WVU or others to do it form them.  This is very important.  Even if a congregation does nothing else, helping us build an alumni/ae database would be greatly appreciated.  Format: double-sided half-sheet (5½" x 8½") printed as two per page (8½" x 11", landscape), B&W.
